Our Story
The iCatalyst Foundation, a youth-led 501(c)(3) non-profit, is dedicated to community service with a core mission of promoting social advocacy in health, education, and rural development. We offer various programs and services to empower and support individuals of all ages. Our focus is on illuminating brain science, health research, and fostering a passion for science through inclusive STEM workshops and mentoring by high school students. We believe in the transformative power of STEM exposure to create a brighter future and aim to make education and positive change accessible to all communities, both locally and globally.

Executive Team
Ishaan Mandala is a Silver Creek High School student deeply passionate about medicine and research. His love for science, particularly neuroscience, ignited during his 6th-grade years when he joined a school club. Ishaan finds solace and fulfillment in contributing his time to the community and empowering others. He dedicates his free time to helping differently-abled children and seniors at memory care, sketching, and 3D modeling. He strongly believes in the potential of youth, and through iCatalyst, he aims to provide other high schoolers with the opportunity to serve the community and make a positive impact.
